Through my personal experience with various yoga styles, I can offer a variety of different individual classes from slower therapeutic practices that will leave you feel restored and connected to dynamic and energising sequences that focus on correct alignment and deep breathing.

What happens in an individual Yoga 1:1session?

In a private Yoga session, we'll discuss at the beginning of each class what your needs are on that day and adjust the practice accordingly. I firmly believe that both or bodies and the practice are different every day and that the practitioner should always be the one deciding what's best for her/him in every given moment.


Together we will develop a sequence that fits your needs and that you can take home to practice on your own.

Investment: €80 per single session, €375 for 5 sessions & €700 for 10 sessions
